CIO: So who’s ‘clever’ idea was it to limit the assessments to a subset of skills for their current roles only?
HR: Exactly, a recent study showed that 37% of employees said their current job did not fully use their skills!
HasBean: Well, I was trying to make the assessment process quicker.
CIO: Speed is not everything when it leads to poor quality and incomplete data! I need an accurate picture of all the skills of our workforce!
