HasBean: “Congratulations on passing your ITIL4 Foundation. I’ve decided to put you in charge of the ITIL Project.”
Employee: “But I have no practical ITIL experience yet, and surely it requires Project Management and other skills.”
HasBean: “Nah! Having a certificate shows you know the theory. What could go wrong?”
