Director: So, you have all the job descriptions handy?
HasBean: Definitely, we published them all on the intranet during the major org restructure project 3 years ago.
Director: I’d be shocked to hear our skill requirements have not changed over the last 3 years! And, what about the skills people already have, not covered in the job descriptions?
