HasBean: “Already on to it. I’ve started recruiting and looking for a supplier.”
Manager: “Do we not already have people with suitable skills?”
HasBean: “I doubt it. It requires a whole new set of Job Descriptions.”
Manager: “But we have hundreds of staff with digital skills, surely there are suitable people we can upskill?”
HasBean: “It’s possible I suppose, but we’d need to know all their current skills.”
Manager: “Are you saying we don’t know now?”
HasBean: “Err, well, we’ve got their old Job Descriptions!?!?”
