Award category – Innovation of the Year 2016

We were very pleased to receive notification, SkillsTX a Finalist in the 2016 itSMF Industry Awards in the “Innovation of the Year” category.

Over the last 12 months, we have developed SkillsTX to help Organisations address some of the key barriers to effective Digital Skills and Talent Management. Ensuring your people are motivated and effective is an on-going challenge, but essential for high-quality delivery. Using a novel approach to analysing skills across organisations, SkillsTX uses SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and embeds years of consulting and assessment expertise to identify what skills you have and critically what skills you need. We are pleased to have had consistently great feedback and comments from our customers.

With other finalists Australia Post and Clean Energy Regulator, we are in good company! The Awards were announced at the Awards Dinner on the 17th August 2016, and Australia Post came out winners! Whilst not the winners, we were very pleased to have been nominated; we have a great team around the world and we thank them for their continued excellent work in building innovative products which help solve business challenges.
